1 Services

ProfPilot provides 3-day career simulation programs ("Simulations"). These simulations are for educational and exploratory purposes only and do not guarantee employment.

2 Accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

3 Payments & Refunds

• Fees are displayed before purchase.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, CloudPayments).
• Refunds: full refund within 14 days if you have not started the simulation. Once started, simulations are non-refundable.

4 Intellectual Property

• All content provided in simulations is owned by ProfPilot or its licensors.
• You may not copy, distribute, or resell simulation content.

5 Limitation of Liability

• ProfPilot is provided "as is" without warranties.
• We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by applicable international commercial law, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection regulations.
